About Me

I was born and I still live in England, in the UK. I am in my early 40s and have spent a lot of my life asking the questions ‘why’ and ‘how’ to try and find out why and how everything works the way it does, from our day to day lives to the laws that govern our epic universe, of which we are only a very small part.

After years of navigating my way through the abundance of wisdom bestowed on us by the giants that have come before us, I decided to focus on the question of what brings fulfilment in life, everything else, I believe, is enhanced by this. If we are fulfilled then we are happier, more content and life becomes a wonderful opportunity to help others feel fulfilled in their lives. I believe that fulfilment is reciprocal, in that it is achieved, in part, by helping others achieve it.

Part of my journey has been to adjust to the onset of Fibromyalgia, a condition which involves nerve pain in my joints and some fatigue, which have improved with diet and daily Qigong practice. I have also suffered from some anxiety in the past, for reasons I am not going to go into here. Knowing what acute physical and mental suffering feels like has only strengthened my resolve to become my best self, so I can help others do the same.

I want to help people live well, which includes finding fulfilment, and writing this blog is one of the things that will help me to do this. This blog is my place to pour out the wisdom that I have acquired from others greater than myself and to reflect on my own experiences. As Sir Isaac Newton said “If I have seen a little further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants.”

The purpose of this blog is to explore how we might live a fulfilling life and to simplify this into a pathway for people to follow, so they can live the fulfilled life.
